WapCRM commits to providing a minimum of thirty (30) calendar days advance notice before implementing any price increases through our official community channels.

🚫 No Refund Policy for Price Changes

Price changes, increases, or modifications do NOT constitute grounds for refund of any fees already paid for services rendered or subscription periods in progress.

All sales and subscription fees are final and non-refundable in relation to pricing adjustments.

WapCRM operates as a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) platform with continuous development, updates, and improvements. Unlike one-time product purchases, subscription services require ongoing investment. Price adjustments reflect the evolving value proposition, including new features, enhanced security, improved infrastructure, and expanded capabilities that benefit all users.

3. External Cost Factors

Service costs are influenced by third-party factors beyond our control, including WhatsApp API pricing changes, cloud infrastructure costs, data storage expenses, payment processing fees, regulatory compliance requirements, and currency fluctuations. WapCRM reserves the right to adjust pricing in response to these external factors to maintain service viability.

4. Contractual Nature of Terms

By accepting these Terms of Service, users explicitly acknowledge and agree to WapCRM's right to modify pricing. This agreement constitutes a binding contract where users accept the possibility of price changes as a condition of service access. Continued use after notification of price changes constitutes acceptance of new pricing terms.
